HI, Iām Kaitlyn.
The teacher behind the aussie teacher club!
If you've ever spent a Sunday night trawling through resources only to find they say "math" instead of "maths", use American seasons, or haven't been updated for AC V9.0 ā this place was made for you.
I'm a Queensland-based primary teacher with a Master of Primary Teaching, and I started The Aussie Teacher Club because I kept running into the same problem. The resources available online were either American, outdated, misaligned to our curriculum, or just not built for the reality of an Australian classroom. So I decided to make my own.
Everything you'll find in this shop is built from scratch with Australian teachers in mind. The spelling is correct. The seasons are right. The curriculum codes are real and current. And every single resource is aligned to the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 ā because that's what you're actually teaching.
What youāll find hereā¦
Right now the shop focuses on daily writing prompts for primary classrooms ā Foundation through Year 6, all narrative, all Term 1, all AC V9.0 aligned. Each pack is built specifically for its year level, with the right scaffold, the right number of lines, the right craft focus, and a curriculum link page that shows exactly which content descriptors are being addressed.
Upper primary packs include Australian settings and culturally respectful First Nations content ā because that's what the curriculum asks for, and because Australian kids deserve to see their own country in the stories they write.
More resources are on the way. The club is just getting started.
A little bit about meā¦
I'm based in Queensland and have experience teaching in Australian primary classrooms. I hold a Master of Primary Teaching and I care deeply about quality ā quality resources, quality teaching, and quality support for the teachers who show up every single day for their students.
I know how much time teachers spend outside of school hours planning, preparing and resourcing. My goal is to give a little of that time back, without ever compromising on curriculum alignment or Australian context.
This isn't a big company. It's just me, making things I genuinely believe in, for teachers I genuinely respect.
Ready to save some sunday nights?
